Eesmärk
Objective
Over the 3 days of training, participants will familiarise and/or improve their knowledge on:
• What are and how do they function the FIDIC Conditions of Contract
• Types of Conditions of Contract
• Contractual documents and correlation with the FIDIC Conditions of Contract
• Administration of a FIDIC Contract;
• Claims, disputes and Adjudication.

Target group
Delegates to this course should have a basic knowledge of the 1999 FIDIC Contract Conditions, but who are wishing to learn the details of practical application of the Contracts in varied situations.
- Staff involved in preparing Tender Dossiers for Works, respectively of offers
- Staff involved in implementing/monitoring Works Contracts from both Employers, Engineers and Contractors side
